XC and Marathon high-flyers made of graphene

The latest generation of Progress wheels is characterized by a special material, graphene. Graphene is an extremely strong and lightweight material that allows completely new ways in wheel design. These properties allow a reduction in weight by 20% while the strength increases by 20%. We rounded off this high-end wheel by the installed Nexo Ratchet Z1 hubs with fast rotating ceramic ball bearings.

PAL-TECH - High precision aligned bearing seats with parallel drilling technology, manufactured by a high-tech CNC 5-axis machine. 100% parallel to the axis. Less friction, more speed and longer bearing life.

Perfect Spoke Geometry - Each Progress wheel is optimized precisely for its intended use. On each specially designed rim, the manufacturer strengthens the spoke holes. The spoke hole and the nipple seat are perfectly matched to the hub and spoke angle. This ensures high spoke tension and even tension distribution.

Optimized Rim & Tire fit - The rims are designed for extra wide tires. Wider tires roll better, improve handling and cornering.
