The Latok GTX gaiter is made from three-layer 70D fabric of GORE-TEX® PRO Most Rugged with a 100% recycled backing. This material is waterproof, windproof and highly breathable: ideal for alpine climbs and winter climbs in wind and weather. It also has large 300D nylon ankle reinforcements for added protection against abrasion from rocks, ice and crampon points. Minimal seams let you move freely in the brush without the gaiters snagging and holding you back. The rubberized underfoot strap can be adjusted on the inside. This also makes the gaiter extra durable. For a better fit and easier handling, this new gaiter also features elasticized ankles, a Velcro front closure with no zipper, and a one-hand adjustable top hem with drawcord.
