EPS in Mold Construction
In-mold technology allows the outer polycarbonate shell to be molded directly with expandable polystyrene (EPS) during the injection phase of the shock-absorbing foam. The result is a much stiffer structure that is impact resistant, extremely lightweight, and allows for a better ventilation system. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate cap and the exoskeleton creates a resistance to the mechanical action exerted by an impact and distributes the energy to prevent it from being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.

RSR 10 Retention System
Lightweight yet durable, the RSR 10 adjustable retention system provides a perfect personalized fit. Thanks to its circumferential structure and multiple micrometric vertical and horizontal positions for size adjustment.
