T-shirt dedicated to the 21st stage of the Vuelta 2023 in Madrid. The design of the T-shirt is dedicated to "Km 0" and refers to one of the most famous symbols of Madrid, the Puerta del Sol and the plaque that indicates the zero kilometer point, the starting point for measuring the distances of the six national roads of the country. The logo, designed by Santini, includes the symbol of the "bear and the strawberry tree", a statue of the Puerta del Sol, which represents the coat of arms of Madrid, and a ring of 21 zeros that refers to the 21 stages of the Vuelta.
