The fourth generation Performance CX is now 48% smaller and 25% lighter than the previous generation. More compact, but no less powerful, the Bosch Performance CX Generation 4 offers a maximum power of 75 Nm.
The Purion display from Bosch offers high-tech functions. The screen is integrated into the housing of the remote control to save space, yet the information displayed is easy to read. Two buttons allow you to select the level of assistance, change the information displayed and control the walk assist function. The e-mtb mode automatically adjusts the motor assistance to the torque without changing the mode.

The SCOTT eRIDE engineering team has developed a special bracket that mounts in place of the bottle cage. A standard 500Wh Bosch battery can be attached to the Range Extender bracket (sold separately). This results in a total power output of 1000Wh. Only one charger is required for charging. The Bosch display takes both batteries into account.
You're free to install a rear rack and mudguards. The frame has dedicated mounting points for a neat and reliable solution. To mount a front or rear light, a cable has already been routed in the frame, no additional battery is needed - power comes directly from the drive unit battery.
The bottom bracket area is exposed to stones or other possible impacts, so SCOTT developed the "Impact Damper". It is reinforced to withstand impacts, has a rubber layer to reduce noise, and is vented so as not to interfere with the airflow of the drive unit.
