Due to the tight supply situation for individual components, bikes may sometimes be delivered with deviating equipment. However, any alternative components used will be of a corresponding quality to that of the original components.
The SCOTT Scale 970 has an ultra light aluminium frame. The Rock Shox Judy suspension, SRAM SX Eagle drivetrain and Syncros components make for a robust and affordable hardtail, designed for maximum speed.
The ICCR Cable Routing provides a clean look and a functional solution for all the different cable standards on the market. The routing is fully internal and designed for full length cable housing. Assembling an electronic group or a dropper post will not be a problem and the look will always be clean-cut.
The Boost standard improves the wheel stiffness and allows an increased tire clearance. The added clearance to the chainstay area allows a significant increasing of the chainstay cross-section, enhancing stiffness of the frame, while at the same time allowing short chain stays.
Furthermore the 29" wheels offer improved rolling characteristics. The big wheels are great for rolling over nasty roots and rocky sections, essentially making it easier to ride these conditions. Improved traction is also a key factor with the increased wheel diameter compared to 26" wheels as tire contact to the ground is larger.
