29 inch wheelset with UST Tubeless compatible WTB ST i30 rims and a reliable hubs of the Shimano MT400 series.

WTB ST i30 rim

The WTB ST i30 rim creates an affordable solution to the previously cost-prohibitive hurdle of Tubeless mountainbiking. UST compliant bead hooks border a tape and sealant-driven inner rim profile, providing standards-based, repeated Tubeless consistency.

TCS 2.0 (Tubeless Compatible System)

TCS 2.0 introduces a more robust, easily installed and dependable Tubeless system. A recessed channel along the center of TCS 2.0 rims makes the use of the so-called Solid Strip possible which prevents Tubeless tape from sagging at the spoke holes and results in a smooth, consistent interface between the tire and rim. Installation of the stout Solid Strip allows for more pliable and easy to install Flex Tape to provide the airtight seal needed for a Tubeless system.

On-Ramp

An angled inner rim profile that allows the bead of the tire to move easily and smoothly into place during installation and inflation.

Shimano HB-MT400 & FH-MT410 hubs

The Shimano HB-MT400 front and FH-MT410 rear hub with Centerlock brake disc mount are very durable and reliable thanks to their high-quality labyrinth and contact sealings. In addition, cartridge bearings guarantee smooth rolling characteristics. The hub bodies made of aluminium ensure for better stiffness without raising the weight. A Micro Spline freewheel makes it possible to install Shimano 12-speed cassettes.

Micro Spline

The aluminium freewheel with 22 evenly spaced teeth keeps the cassette firmly under control for immediate response and also allows the use of a 10 teeth sprocket. In addition, the smaller and compared to the usual Hyperglide freewheel bodies more extensive gearing prevents rotor damage.
