The Shimano Nexus DH-C3000-3N-QR hub dynamo offers a power of 3 watt at 6 volt voltage. Besides an aluminium shell the hub features a solid steel axle and is designed for rim brake use. A sealing structure improved by 50 % makes it even more weatherproof while an updated design helps to match with other Nexus C3000 components.
The E2 type electric power output connector is, when used with LED, compliant with German StVZO (Road Traffic Licensing Regulations).
