As mountainbiking becomes faster and faster and the terrain even more technical, the M8100 series aims to give the rider the necessary feeling of confidence and safety.
Following the principle of passing on the experiences and technologies of the top series, the Deore XT incorporates the innovations of the high-end XTR components. Accordingly the new 12-speed groupset features of course Micro Spline and Hyperglide+.
Shimano Deore XT WH-M8120 27.5" front wheel
The Shimano Deore XT WH-M8120-TL 29 inch front wheel is characterized by a faster acceleration which amplifies riding excitement. While doing so 28 double butted J-Bend spokes ensure the wheel's stability making it very tenable and reliable. The front wheel's 15 mm E-Thru axle offers compared to quick release axles 15 % more torsional and 25 % more transverse shear stiffness allowing dependable high-speed cornering. Last but not least the wheel features a Centerlock disc brake mount.
