Shimano Deore XT RD-M8100-GS Shadow RD+ rear derailleur

The Deore XT RD-M8100 rear derailleur provides fast and precise shifting operations over a wide gear range. Guide and tension pulleys with 13 teeth and sealed bearings reduce tension in the lower gears and, in combination with an additional stop on the cage, reduce noise and increase ride comfort. In addition, the chain's grip is improved under all conditions.

The Shimano RD-M8100-GS rear derailleur for the Deore XT 1x12-speed drivetrain is suitable for the use with the 10-45 teeth Shimano CS-M8100 cassette.
