BUSTER 800 HL - Bright light on dark trails

The BUSTER 800 HL helmet light gives bikers a good view of their surroundings in the dark. Its 800 lumens provide 170 metres (557 feet) of beam range, ideally lighting even dark forest trails. Various light modes ensure flexibility with respect to luminosity and battery life. Bikers can thus stay on the trail for up to 30 hours, depending on light mode. Five pre-set mode profiles provide greater ease of use.

Five light modes for optimal setting

The BUSTER 800 HL has five different light modes, suiting it to all lighting conditions from twilight to darkest night. In High mode, the BUSTER generates 800 lumens for up to two hours, even on very dark trails. The Mid mode provides at least 400 lumens for up to three hours. On longer rides, Low mode reliably delivers light for nine hours. The Night Flashing and Day Flashing modes provide good visibility for up to 30 hours. The mode display's LEDs show at a glance which of the five light modes is currently being used.

Lots of convenience with pre-set mode profiles

The five pre-set mode profiles make the BUSTER 800 HL even easier to use: Cyclists can select the profile that is just right for their requirements and then simply toggle through to the light mode they need at the moment. For instance, the commuter profile displays only Night Flashing and Day Flashing modes; the racing tour profile offers High Mode and Day Flashing Mode.

Get started quickly thanks to the memory function

The memory function ensures that the BUSTER 800 HL lights up just the way it was when you shut it off – in the same mode and with the same profile selection. This makes it easy for anyone who wants to get onto the trail quickly.

Always have an eye on the battery level

The LEDs on the six-level battery charge indicator precisely show how much power is left. When the light is off, a short click on the On/Off button is enough to check the battery level. The USB-C cable can be used to charge the lithium ion battery within four hours. The charge indicator has five levels showing charging progress.

Ideal light distribution and enhanced visibility

A high-quality, high-power CREE LED and the converging lens developed specially by SIGMA ensure very even light distribution across the entire lighting pattern and outstanding illumination. The SIGMA logo on the longitudinal sides of the helmet light functions as a Light Guide. This provides significantly greater lateral visibility in traffic, enhancing safety in road traffic.

Firm bracket for ideal fit

The BUSTER 800 HL is delivered with a universal helmet holder that fixes the light firmly to your helmet, ensuring a secure fit.

Switch-on protection (double click)

You can turn on the BUSTER 800 HL with a double click. The large power button is easy to operate even with gloves on. This function ensures that you can put the front light in your jersey or backpack without any trouble and without inadvertently switching it back on.
