The X-BOARD is the top dirtboard for downtube mounting. With only 99g it is by far lighter then any dirtboard for fork mounting and because it is fastened to the downtube, wobbling of the dirtboard cannot effect the handling while steering. For best protection of the biker from mud and spray of the front tire, the shape of X-BOARD has been optimized.
X-BOARD also features the dual compound technology: its Softwing-sides are made of soft rubber to prevent injuries. For easy fitting to virtually every frame SKS has devised an easy but efficient solution: soft rubber pads (so called cable-spacers) can be plugged in at different positions for a customized fit, adjusting to brake and shifter cables. X-BOARD is fastened easily by adjustable rubber straps.
