The SON Edelux II is the successor of the popular Edelux LED front light. It uses a more powerful LED and features improved light distribution because of the IQ-Tec Premium reflector developed by Busch & Müller. Hence it achieves up to 100 lux. The light distribution is twice as wide as before, exceptionally homogeneous and features a brilliant near field illumination.
The solid aluminum housing guarantees mechanical durability and is waterproof with a scratch-resistant, anti-reflective glass pane. The magnetic switching ring enables comfortable shifting, even with gloves. The LED sits on a copper heat sink, which is screwed directly to the headlight housing. This perfect cooling is a prerequisite for good efficiency and a long service life.
Version for E-bikes with 6-75 Volt DC. With coaxial cable (140cm), switch and 6 volt DC output for rear lights. The on/off switch can be replaced by a cover ring.
