SPONSER Activator is a highly efficient, natural caffeine booster. It has been proven that it contributes to an increased endurance and more focussed performance. Activator helps not only in sports, it also improves your general concentration and alertness. Activator 200 contains 200 mg of caffeine in free and bound form. It is particularly suitable for endurance sports, but also for power sports and explosive sport disciplines in which maximum concentration and alertness is required. For an optimal effect, caffeine should be consumed 1 h before exertion. The effects can last several hours, depending on the quantity consumed.

Utilization of SPONSER Activator 200:

Take 1 ampoule approx. 30-60 min before the training/competition, depending on the desired period of effect. For an optimal effect of Activator at competitions, we recommend to avoid caffeine-containing drinks and food for at least 24 hours in advance.

Endurance sports:

Adult endurance athletes benefit from the positive effect at a dosage of 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before exercise. Take dosage according to recommended intake. In the long-term range, take another ampoule after three hours of activity. Caffeine only reaches its maximum effect approx. 1 h after ingestion. The required dosage depends on body weight. The effect lasts for about 2-3 h depending on the amount taken.
