The energy requirements of the muscles during endurance exercise can no longer be adequately met by the body after 90 minutes at the latest. Modern formulas, such as Squeezy Energy Gel, meet this need and provide the body with complex carbohydrates and minerals. The variants with caffeine give the athlete an extra kick if desired, which motivates and mentally strengthens. Ideal for long distance running (half marathon, marathon, ultra), triathlon, duathlon, cycling, winter sports such as skating and cross-country skiing and many more. Each product contains multiple sources of carbohydrates that are timed to provide the body with short and medium term energy. Salt and potassium replace the loss during sweating.

Recommendation for use:

Depending on the individual performance and external factors such as temperature and nature of the track, and of course the type of sport practiced, the need for energy is different for each athlete.

Average carbohydrate requirement of an athlete:

• Basic endurance 1: Training is completed with a heart rate of approx. 60 to 70 % of the max. heart rate. Heart rate completed. 30-40g carbohydrates / hour
• Basic endurance 2: Training/competition is completed with a heart rate of approx. 70 to 80 % of the max. heart rate. 40-80g carbohydrates / hour
