It looks like it’s from the future, but it's here now! The SRAM Force AXS Powermeter crankset is not only unbeatably stiff and durable thanks to one-piece chainring design, the Quarq D-Zero technology makes it even inimitable precise in terms of power measurement. And it is also light: To achieve maximum weight savings, the measuring unit which is accurate to 1.5 % and not affected by temperature fluctuations is fully integrated into the chainring unit.

The crank is the heart of SRAM's innovative X-RANGE transmission philosophy. The combination of the chainring gradation with 13 teeth difference and a cassette with a large bandwidth (sold separately) results in a larger gear ratio and smoother shifting. This not only allows the rider to make the optimal gear selection at all times, but also allows the him to stay on the large chainring longer and shift correspondingly less.

In addition to the increase in efficiency, the Force crankset is characterized by its low weight with increased stiffness at the same time. This is made possible on the one hand by the material selection of the crank arms, in which carbon is used. On the other hand, the chainrings rely on a unique design, which was previously only used in the RED models with its one-piece, integrated construction. But also the already proven DUB™ technology makes its contribution to greater durability of the entire system.

X-RANGE | To meet the diverse applications of modern road cycling, it requires a drivetrain system that offers the right gear in every situation. Since shifting operations at the rear derailleur are inherently more efficient than at the chainring, X-Range shifts some of the gear range from front to rear. While a smaller, uniform difference of always 13 teeth is applied between the chainrings, the cassettes can come up with a larger transmission range of up to 360 %.

DUB™ | The unit of bottom bracket and oversize crank shaft (⌀ 28.99 mm) is at the heart of the DUB™ (Durable Unified Bottom Bracket) technology, which allows a symbiosis between stiffness and durability. The system approach created by integrating the chainring, crank, spindle and bottom bracket not only improves durability thanks to an optimized seal, but also raises the performance of the drivetrain to a new level.
