The integrated T-Type rear derailleur is mounted around the wheel axle and contacts the cassette directly with a new type of hangerless interface. The groundbreaking Full Mount attaching method creates a much stronger connection and grips both sides of the frame. This changes the relationship between cassette and rear derailleur from the ground up.
With its high-quality equipment, the X0 Eagle T-Type rear derailleur not only makes a huge leap in terms of off-road resistance, by allowing all common maintenance, it satisfies even the most demanding athletes. In addition to the already proven Overload Clutch technology, the 12-speed rear derailleur features fully replaceable protective covers on the derailleur base (B-Knuckle) and on the outer joint.

Overload Clutch | Thanks to their incredibly resilient Overload Clutch, Eagle AXS rear derailleurs are smart enough to protect themselves. In the event of an impact, the gear motor disengages, giving the derailleur sufficient freedom of movement and immediately returns to its original position. The main purpose of the Overload Clutch is to protect the shifting motor, but as a byproduct it also protects the rear derailleur from damage. It also provides the rider with a seamless riding experience.
