A secure grip is the name of the game when running off-road in any weather, whether the sun is shining, it's raining or fluid surfaces make running difficult. Its Vibram® Megagrip sole offers incredible grip and is particularly effective at displacing mud and snow from the tread. Light rain and splashing water is drained away by the new, particularly resistant mesh via drainage channels and also dries again in no time. In this new version, ventilation has been further optimized and gaiter tabs have been integrated at the heel. On the comfort side, the MTN Racer 2 features the new ZipFoam midsole with multiple firmness levels and an additional cushioning 5mm Ortholite® insole. Nevertheless, it is also and especially on technically demanding trails very stable and sufficiently hard to do without a Rockplate.
