Technologies of the Giant FASTROAD AR ADVANCED 1

Advanced Composite - GIANT's high-performance carbon fiber is used to make this special carbon frame material, which is woven and processed in-house and has an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front frame triangle is molded as a single piece. The modified monocoque construction eliminates the outer braided composite layer. This reduces weight without compromising ride quality, stability or stiffness.

D-Fuse - The seatpost and handlebar with D-Fuse technology are designed to work as a system to absorb shock and vibration from the road so you can ride farther and faster.

OverDrive - The original oversized fork steerer from GIANT. Built for steering precision, the extra-large headset bearings (1 1/4" bottom, 1 1/8" top) and tapered steerer tube deliver optimal front end stiffness.
