The rim is made of S6000 aluminum and a plugged rim joint makes the Mavic E-XM430 extremely robust. The Pinch Flat Prevention puncture protection and tubeless-ready compatibility ensure optimized riding comfort and puncture protection.

UST (Universal Standard for Tubeless) | The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort while reducing inertia and punctures. Allows riding with lower tire pressure. UST rim profile with special bumps to securely fix the tire beads. Compatible with all tire types (UST, tubeless ready, clincher with inner tube).
