Slick Wax is a very durable and advanced chain lubricant. Quick maintenance of the drivetrain is easy thanks to this biodegradable, environmentally friendly wax. Slick Wax protects your chain against corrosion, wear and the adhesion of dirt. The wax also ensures that the chain runs smoothly and quietly and keeps the drivetrain clean and dry.

An oil-stained chain is a thing of the past thanks to Slick Wax. Simply apply the wax to a clean and dry chain and you will only have to completely degrease your drivetrain sporadically. Slick Wax is reapplied as required and dirt or excess wax is simply removed with a cloth or brush.

Dynamic Slick Wax is suitable for all weather conditions and all cycling disciplines. Whether for road bikes, MTBs, gravel bikes or e-bikes, you only need one product to maintain your chain perfectly. By using this wax, your drivetrain will last up to 40 % longer. Slick Wax also sticks to your chain longer than other chain waxes.

First application

Are you still using a conventional oil-based lubricant? Then be sure to thoroughly degrease all parts of your drivetrain before applying Slick Wax. This will allow the wax to adhere better to your chain in the future, making the chain cleaner, quieter and faster. Remove excess wax with a brush or cloth if necessary.

Now apply a drop of Slick Wax to the top and bottom of each individual chain link and leave it to dry for 3 hours. Repeat the process and apply another coat of Slick Wax. Allow the chain wax to dry again for 3 hours before trying it out on the bike.

Reapplying

The easiest way to clean a chain treated with Slick Wax is to use a dry cloth or brush to remove any residue from your cassette or sprockets. There is no need to degrease the chain at all. After around 300 to 400 kilometers, you can apply some wax to the inside and outside of your chain as required. For optimum results, you should wait 2-3 hours before riding.
