This complete bartending valve kit is the best choice for all tubeless setups. The valves are easy to install and designed to be 100% compatible with all wheel brands and types. CNC machined from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum, with an innovative 5-hole design for optimal airflow and full insert compatibility. The 4 mm hexagon socket allows easy assembly and disassembly of the valve. Temperature, UV and ozone resistant. Works with all floor pumps and hand pumps for Presta valves.

Easy installation and maintenance

The 4 mm hexagon socket in the base of the Barkeeper valve ensures easy installation and a tight tubeless set-up. The included valve cap with integrated valve core tool allows for quick installation and refilling without additional tools.

Aluminum alloy 7075 (aerospace grade)

Barkeeper valves are extremely light and super strong due to the use of aerospace grade 7075 aluminum. Rotational weight is kept to a minimum while achieving maximum performance, durability and impact resistance.

Maximum compatibility

Barkeeper valves come with three different rubber bases to ensure a leak-free seal on any rim shape. The 5-hole design ensures optimal airflow and sealant distribution, even when used in combination with a tire insert.

Fitting instructions

1. Remove the valve cap, retaining ring and O-ring from the valve stem.
2. Choose the correct rubber foot for your rim. If your rim is curved, use the round rubber foot and select the appropriate width. If your rim is square, use the square rubber foot. Make sure that the base is pushed all the way to the bottom of the valve before installation.
3. Push the valve from the outside towards the center through the valve hole in the rim. Place the O-ring over the top of the valve and push it down until it sits on the rim
4. Screw the retaining ring onto the valve and tighten it against the O-ring and the rim.
5. Hold the valve on the inside with a 4 mm Allen key in the valve base and press the valve base against the rim bed. At the same time, tighten the locking ring until it is hand-tight. It is okay if the O-ring is pushed out slightly, as this shows that the seal is airtight. Do not over tighten the locking ring to avoid leaks.
6. If you want to use valve caps, either choose the two black ones or replace one with the purple valve cap with the core removal function on one of your wheels.
