Giving XC bikes a more progressive rear end and thus providing more precision and control on demanding trails – that is the mission of the TXC2Air rear shock. While the TXC1Air counterpart is characterized by its optimized performance with a shorter stroke, the versatile TXC2 model offers a much wider range of options in this area. Whether technical downhill or sprint, based on Öhlins' proven TTX damping technology, the TXC2Air offers unsurpassed sensitivity and therefore maximum traction at the rear.

Race-proven TTX technology. Optimum suspension performance for Cross Country competitions and technical trails was the top priority in the development of the TXC2Air shock. As a result of numerous tests, Öhlins used its tried and tested TTX twin-tube technology, which has already proven itself in tough racing conditions. The outstanding sensitivity on small bumps and improved traction on demanding XC tracks ensures a smoother and more controlled ride. The Shim Stack design also increases efficiency in Pedal mode, so that riders can not only maintain momentum, but also build up even more speed when actively riding over natural or man-made obstacles.
