The Ergolace design of the shoes hugs the foot and rounds off the fit with an ergonomic lace-up closure. Their upper material also offers protection from the elements with its durable, woven ripstop fabric and is correspondingly tear-resistant, while the PU-laminated toe cap and side reinforcements offer additional protection and greater durability. During development, conscious attention was paid to reducing weight and eliminating excess material that would otherwise lead to the bulky look and loose fit of many mountain bike shoes. The result is a shoe that can also be seen off the saddle - for example, when you've finished your backcountry mission.
