It's both high-performance and responsibly made with NetPlus®, a recycled nylon ripstop made from recycled fishing nets to reduce plastic pollution in the oceans, and a PFC-free DWR coating (durable water repellent coating without perfluorinated chemicals). It also meets Patagonia's H2No® Performance Standard for waterproof/breathable protection and is Fair Trade Certified™ stitched.

• Shell made of 3-layer H2No® Performance Standard NetPlus® ripstop nylon, made from recycled fishing nets to reduce plastic pollution in the oceans, with a smooth jersey backing, waterproof/breathable barrier, and PFC-free DWR coating (durable water repellent coating that contains no perfluorinated chemicals).
• Hood with laminated visor is water resistant and can be adjusted in two directions to ensure good visibility with or without a helmet in poor visibility conditions.
• Center front zipper and chest pocket with waterproof zippers and zipper garages; two welted handwarmer pockets stay clear of backpack or climbing harness hip belt
• Pit zippers with gusseted, waterproof two-way zippers provide ventilation
• Jacket has flat, self-fabric Velcro cuffs and stows in left chest pocket
• Adjustable drawcord at hem runs up through front pockets to seal out weather and reduce pack size under hip belt
