Product Description:

The Polar Verity Sense is a versatile and high-quality optical heart rate sensor that measures the pulse comfortably on the arm or temple and is a practical alternative to chest straps or wrist measurements. With the accompanying wristband or the fastening clip for swimming goggles, it can even be worn while swimming or alternatively directly close to the skin. Thus, it provides maximum freedom of movement and works for numerous sports. The built-in accelerometer detects movement, while the gyroscope and magnetometer detect where the sensor is.

The Polar Verity Sense has a special swimming mode and records the pulse, the speed and, via the integrated gyroscope, the distance when swimming in the pool.

The training data of each unit is stored in the internal 16 MB memory and can then be transferred to a smartphone. In heart rate sensor mode, it is possible to display the heart rate and as well as other training data in real time on a compatible device, such as a smartphone with the Polar Beat app or numerous third-party sports devices or apps.
