Cane Creek developed consistent graphics, interchangeable parts and over 40 configuration options to accommodate the growing number of headset sizes and provide the greatest compatibility with forks, bikes and frames.
Compatibility:
Compatible with Interlok® Spacers.
Internal parts are compatible with 10, 40 and 110 series.
Headset upper part with 15mm upper cap made of aluminum, for 1 1/8" or tapered forks.
The designation 40.IS42 describes the integrated (Drop In Campa) Ahead headset for 1 1/8 inch forks and frames with 42mm head tube inner diameter, only the upper part is offered here, the designation according to S.H.I.S. (see attachment) is IS42/28.6.
