The Fox 32 Step-Cast’s pioneering lower leg shape isn’t just for looks, its narrow stance and stepped design saves weight, decreases frontal area, and provides clearance for the spokes and brake rotor.

Details of the Fox 32 Step-Cast Float Grip Performance

Performance Series forks retain the same black anodized 7000 series aluminum upper tubes as Performance Elite, except paired with a GRIP damper. Inspired from moto, the GRIP damper uses the FIT sealed cartridge technology combined with a coil-sprung, independent floating piston. GRIP allows excess oil to purge through specially designed ports at the top of the damper to maintain consistent damping and increase durability. The damper offers three on-the-fly compression damping positions
(open, medium, firm) and a 10 click low speed rebound adjustment.

The lightweight FLOAT air spring system automatically equalizes the positive and negative air chambers for increased sensitivity and traction, regardless of the air pressure setting. Riders can fine tune the characteristics of the positive air spring using volume spacers. The shorter upper tube length raises the floor of the magnesium lower leg assembly, creating a hollow lower section and a light overall system.
