With its lightweight 2-piston design, the hydraulic Postmount brake caliper of the Shimano CUES series dispenses with unnecessary extra weight without compromising on reliable deceleration. On the contrary, the BR-U8000 brake caliper is characterized by tactile modulation and reliable brake control under all conditions and over the entire lever travel, which is particularly beneficial for E-Bike riders. SERVO WAVE | Because the brake lever absorbs a lot of brake travel right at the beginning of its movement, the brake pads come into contact with the brake disc more quickly and more lever travel remains for modulating the braking force. I-Spec II | The integrated I-Spec II mounting system for brake and shift lever comes with only one clamp.
