The flat design and the Shadow RD+ chain stabilization system provide generous safety reserves in rougher terrain. When paired with a Shimano LinkGlide cassette (sold separately), the RD-U6020 rear derailleur provides smoother, quieter pedaling and barely noticeable shifting.
