GRC 1100 DICUT

The GRC 1100 DICUT has you covered whether you want to hunt for the win in a fast-paced gravel race with the 50mm high rim or unhook yourself from your limitations on an extreme off-road adventure with the 30mm high rim. The current Gravel wheels are made using a state-of-the-art manufacturing process. The result? Lightweight carbon rims straight out of the mold, without the need for a finishing coat. They are sure to catch the eye, while also saving you precious grams on top of their tailored aero-optimization. The two new rims are assembled with the finest components, the lightweight 180 DICUT hub with ceramic bearings and DT Aerolite II spokes, providing fast acceleration and low rolling resistance.

Legendary reliability | The wheels in the GRC series are designed to provide gravel riders with components they can rely on 100% when riding off-road. Thanks to manual work, not only is precise manufacturing quality achieved, but the well-known, brand-typical reliability is also ensured.

Ratchet freewheel system | The special feature of the patented freewheel system is that all the teeth of the two pulleys always mesh simultaneously. In contrast to pawl freewheel hubs, where the meshing surface is comparatively small, the loads are distributed evenly over a large contact surface due to the inclusion of the entire end faces. The result is a significantly lower point load and therefore much greater reliability.

Pro Lock Technology | The DT Pro Lock spoke nipples prevent the spoke-nipple connection from loosening on its own. A patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, which enables the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and then hardens completely. Repeated re-centering is possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.
