GRC 1400 DICUT

The GRC 1400 DICUT takes on the vibrations and obstacles of a gravel tour. You will not only leave the road behind you, but also your shadow, and take on new challenges. Benefit from maximum reliability in two different rim heights to glide at speed over almost smooth, first-class gravel tracks or confidently tackle the unpredictability of unpaved trails. The aerodynamically optimized 30mm rim is ideal for KOM/QOM hunting and outrunning your friends on your favorite gravel section. The low steering torque of the 30mm rim gives you the agility you need for long adventures. Thanks to a new patented manufacturing process for carbon rims, both rims come straight from the mold without any further processing. This makes your wheel light yet robust and is sure to turn heads. With the ideal power-to-weight ratio of the 240 DICUT hub and the robust, aerodynamic DT Aerocomp II spokes, the new GRC 1400 DICUT wheels are just waiting to hit the road.

Legendary reliability | The wheels in the GRC series are designed to provide gravel riders with components they can rely on 100% when riding off-road. Thanks to manual work, not only is precise manufacturing quality achieved, but the well-known, brand-typical reliability is also ensured.

Ratchet Freewheel system | The special feature of the patented freewheel system is that all the teeth of the two pulleys always mesh simultaneously. In contrast to pawl freewheel hubs, where the meshing surface is comparatively small, the loads are distributed evenly over a large contact surface due to the inclusion of the entire end faces. The result is a significantly lower point load and therefore much greater reliability.

Pro Lock Technology | The DT Pro Lock spoke nipples prevent the spoke-nipple connection from loosening on its own. A patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, which enables the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and then hardens completely. Repeated re-centering is possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.
