New fork crown

The new crown design improves durability while maintaining stiffness and reducing weight.

FIT4

The patented, closed FIT4 cartridge system offers three spontaneous compression damping positions (Open, Medium, Firm) to adapt to different trail conditions. The forks of the Factory series have an additional 22-click compression stage in open mode, which allows the rider to adjust the damping precisely to their needs. In addition, the rebound can be adjusted at low speed (10 clicks).

Float Evol

Optimizes sensitivity on small bumps by increasing the negative air spring volume. The linear spring curve ensures a pleasant response at the top end, additional support in the middle of the stroke and a more tunable bottom-out progression.

Lower leg bypass channels

By increasing the volume of air in the lower legs, the amount of additional unintended pressure ramps is reduced. Oil from the lower leg bath also circulates to the upper part of the lower legs, continuously lubricating the foam rings and bushings as the fork compresses and rebounds.

Lower leg arch

The lower leg design pulls out all the stops and saves every possible gram without compromising the stiffness and strength requirements of modern enduro and gravity riding.
