The new SUPER RECORD S WIRELESS front derailleur introduces shifting with Bluetooth technology, with easy instant communication between front derailleur and controls: wireless. Even the tiniest detail has been optimized for maximum functionality and with a user-centric approach. The quick-snap magnetic charging ports, the shiny color of the battery LEDs and super-quick recharging all mean easy trouble-free use and recharging.
The new design of the mechanical components ensures fluid, efficient and reliable shifting. The precision of the derailleur motor enables immediate and extremely fluid chain movement on the chainrings, even under maximum power load applied by the cyclist. The battery required for the front derailleur is not included in the scope of delivery as it cannot be shipped by air freight. The battery can be ordered separately for deliveries to the EU, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Norway.
The electronic intelligence of the SUPER RECORD WIRELESS system recognizes the rear derailleur position and selected sprocket at all times. These data are used by the control algorithm to automatically check the optimum position of the front derailleur, activating micro-adjustments when necessary to always reposition it in the best position with regard to the chainline. The evolved electronics of the SUPER RECORD WIRELESS extends the steering experience to also include pre- and post-ride moments, interacting with the synoptic dashboard of the revolutionary MyCampy 3.0 app, where the gear position, selected sprocket, number of changes made and many other performance parameters can be viewed.
The SUPER RECORD WIRELESS groupset meets the highest international waterproof standards with a rating of IP69K. This means that the system protects its electronic components from dust and liquid. To achieve the high IP69K rating, all the system’s electronic components are tested to prove their perfect functioning after being subjected to high-pressure water jets from 4 directions (0° - 30° - 60° - 90°) for a total of 2 minutes.
