FLOAT X2 – The Definitive Gravity Air Shock
The current FLOAT X2 model retains the incomparable 4-way adjustability of its predecessors, but now features an innovative Monotube design. New suspension. New damping. Same name. The result is simplicity and durability paired with better traction and a pressure equalization function for even more sensitivity and support.
Unwavering. Push potential. As a representative of the Performance Elite series, this rear shock is in no way inferior to the Factory models in terms of functionality. The difference lies in the black anodized finish for the air chamber and the body of the versatile air spring damper, which is used instead of the golden Kashima coating. The FLOAT X2 is the first choice for Downhill and Enduro athletes.

4-Way Monotube. Thanks to their less complicated design, monotube shocks are significantly more durable. However, the integration of 4-way adjustability was a challenge. The result is a novelty that offers adjustment options for Compression and Rebound ( Low-Speed and High-Speed respectively) as well as a pressure equalization function that improves sensitivity and support.
Close The Performance Gap. The combination of an oversize air chamber and a friction-reduced seal package ensures a linear and planted ride feel without unnecessarily increasing the weight of the shock – just as Gravity riders desire. For enabling an exact tuning of the spring rate, the air volume can be precisely adjusted in 1 cm³ increments using volume spacers.
Built For The World’s Fastest Riders. With a half-inch diameter, the damper shaft increases both strength and resistance, while the pressure-equalizing architecture provides a wider range. The result is more support without adding harshness.
