The current FLOAT X2 model retains the incomparable 4-way adjustability of its predecessors, but now features an innovative Monotube design. New suspension. New damping. Same name. 4-Way Monotube. Thanks to their less complicated design, monotube shocks are significantly more durable. However, the integration of 4-way adjustability was a challenge. The result is a novelty that offers adjustment options for Compression and Rebound ( Low-Speed and High-Speed respectively) as well as a pressure equalization function that improves sensitivity and support.
Close The Performance Gap. The combination of an oversize air chamber and a friction-reduced seal package ensures a linear and planted ride feel without unnecessarily increasing the weight of the shock – just as Gravity riders desire. For enabling an exact tuning of the spring rate, the air volume can be precisely adjusted in 1 cm³ increments using volume spacers.
Built For The World’s Fastest Riders. With a half-inch diameter, the damper shaft increases both strength and resistance, while the pressure-equalizing architecture provides a wider range. The result is more support without adding harshness.
