Ergopower: a completely redesigned brake lever within easy reach

Together with the thirteenth gear, the Ergopower levers represent the great revolution of the new Super Record. The new design guarantees the rider full control of the bike and faster access to the accessory functions on the upper and lower handlebars as well as on the brake levers. This is not just a matter of style, but a real change in the riding experience.

"Thumb Shifter" | On the new Super Record 13, the internal Campagnolo shifter has been redesigned and renamed "Thumb Shifter". This is not a return to the past, but a solution that allows better control of the grips thanks to a smaller lever with a slim profile that can be easily operated from different positions.

"Smart button" | A new smart button has been added to the upper part of the control element, which can be fully personalized by the driver. The button can be configured to shift gears, change pages on the bike computer or be paired with the phone to control the playlist or other Bluetooth compatible devices.

Shift Lever | The third control element of the Super Record, the "Shift Lever", is located behind the brake lever.

Connectivity | All functions of the previous Ergopower controls have been expanded with the firmware update via the MyCampy app (winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2024), the actual operating platform of the new Super Record.

The new group is compatible with commercially available bike computers and all devices that have the ANT+ protocol and the Shifting Profile 2.0 function. The operating functions also allow the battery status to be displayed, the gears to be set individually and the chain positioning to be adjusted.

Comfort for the hands | The new design allows better control of the steering and better access to the accessories in the different grip positions of the hands on the handlebars. The continuity between the curvature and the contact surface of the Ergopower creates a large, flat contact surface that provides a secure and comfortable grip even after many hours in the saddle.

The hand rest has been freed from the hydraulic line, which is now integrated directly into the saddle and no longer into the Ergopower: a new mounting standard that makes it easier to mount and remove the handlebars when the bike needs to be transported.
