The ergonomic shape of the GDH Team was developed in close cooperation with world-class gravity athletes - above all the multiple world champion Vali Höll. The design aims to minimize fatigue even under extreme loads and maintain control at the highest level at all times. Arm pump, pain and loss of strength in the hands and forearms due to an increase in pressure in the muscle tissue and fascia can be effectively reduced.
On the top of the grip, multi-level texture blocks arranged in different directions ensure optimum cushioning with maximum control. The interlocking structure of this texture prevents it from collapsing under pressure and thus enables progressive cushioning that is pleasantly soft at first and does not give way too much under heavier loads. The asymmetrical design also provides additional cushioning with more rubber on the top of the grip.
The perfectly pronounced finger grip zone on the underside of the grip ensures optimum grip and control, even during the fastest maneuvers. With four clearly defined finger boxes, the position and angle of which have been adapted to the typical racing hand-arm position, you have a firm grip on every situation, just like the multiple world champion.
The ergonomically integrated outer stop of the GDH Team Vali Höll Edition creates a slight pressure against the heel of the hand and ensures a fixed, locked-in hand feel. This provides perfect orientation of the outer hand zone in constantly changing conditions in extreme gravity use. The inner stop is designed as an intuitive positioning aid for the thumb side of the hand and precise operation of the shift and brake levers. This allows you to grip your cockpit quickly and precisely at all times, even after you have taken your hand off the handlebars.
The GravityControl rubber compound of the GDH Team grip is also the softest version used by Ergon in the Vali Höll Edition - for the best vibration damping and the best contact with the grip.
