After the mountain bike flagship XTR has already set standards and Deore XT and SLX have followed suit, the Deore M6100 now rounds off Shimano's 12-speed lineup. It is complemented by components from the M5100 and M4100 series, which will equip 11-speed and 10-speed drivetrains at the same high level.

Priced in the entry-level range, the current Shimano Deore groupsets are not prepared to compromise in terms of performance, quality and reliability. Almost everything that distinguishes the big siblings in terms of technology, innovation, performance and range of functions can also be found in the Deore components.

Shimano Deore CS-M5100 cassette

The Shimano Deore CS-M5100 cassette guarantees precise and smooth shifting in any terrain. It is ideal for mountain bikes with 1x or 2x cranks. In addition, the 11-speed sprocket set offers rider-specific gear steps for maximum cadence control in any terrain.

The Deore cassette features the proven Hyperglide technology and is available in 2 versions; the 11-42-tooth version offers a narrow gear gradation for short shifting times, while the 11-51 cassette covers a wide range and offers the right gear for every occasion.
