It looks like it's from the future, but it's here now! The SRAM Force AXS Powermeter crankset is not only unbeatably stiff and durable thanks to its one-piece chainring design, the Quarq D-Zero technology also makes it inimitably precise in terms of power measurement. And it is also lightweight: in order to achieve maximum weight savings, the measuring unit, which is accurate to 1.5% and cannot be affected by temperature fluctuations, is fully integrated into the chainring unit.

The crank forms the heart of SRAM's innovative X-RANGE transmission philosophy. The combination of the chainring gradation with a 13-tooth difference and a cassette with a wide range (sold separately) results in a higher gear ratio and smoother shifting. This not only enables the rider to select the optimum gear at all times, but also allows them to stay on the large chainring for longer and therefore shift less.

In addition to the increase in efficiency, the Force crankset is characterized by its low weight and increased stiffness. This is made possible on the one hand by the choice of material for the crank arms, which are made of carbon. Secondly, the chainrings are based on a unique design that was previously only used on the RED models with their one-piece, integrated construction. The tried-and-tested DUB™ technology also contributes to the durability of the entire system.

X-RANGE | To do justice to the diverse areas of application of modern road cycling, you need a drivetrain system that offers the right gear in every situation. Since shifting operations on the rear derailleur are inherently more efficient than on the chainring, X-Range shifts part of the gear range from the front to the rear. While a smaller, uniform difference of always 13 teeth is used between the chainrings, the cassettes can offer a wider gear range of up to 360 %.

DUB™ | The bottom bracket and oversize crankshaft unit (⌀ 28.99 mm) is at the heart of DUB™ (Durable Unified Bottom Bracket) technology, which enables a symbiosis between stiffness and durability. The system approach created by integrating the chainring, crank, shaft and bottom bracket not only improves durability thanks to optimized sealing, but also raises the performance of the drivetrain to a new level.
