Thanks to improved modulation and a faster-responding pressure point, the hydraulic 2-piston brake caliper of the RX410 series gives Gravel athletes a completely new feeling of control. The 10 % wider brake pad spacing also reduces the occurrence of annoying brake noise, making the Flatmount caliper noticeably quieter than the predecessor model despite its flatter design. Meanwhile, the tried-and-tested One Way Bleeding system ensures smooth and simple maintenance.

Ice Technologies | In order to keep the braking power at longer continuous operation consistently high, Shimano has developed the Ice-Tech cooling technology for brake discs and brake pads. Brake pads with Ice Technologies feature cooling fins made of aluminum, which better dissipate heat. In conjunction with the optimized radiation properties of the rotor, this results in a longer durability of the pads, while brake noise and fading are minimized.
