Inspired by the design of the high-end mechanical models, the BL-U3030 brake lever from Shimano's CUES series also adopts their exemplary ergonomics. Accordingly, the design is not only suitable for a wide range of hand sizes, but also offers more grip for smoother and more intuitive control. The brake lever is suitable for mechanical disc brake calipers and rim brake calipers that feature Shimano's New Super SLR technology.

New Super SLR | SLR stands for Shimano Linear Response. Based on a smoother operation of the brake caliper, lever and cable, the current Super SLR technology optimizes both the response and the modulation of the brake. At the same time, the SLR system is the decisive factor for the superior braking power of Shimano's Dual Pivot side-pull brakes compared to conventional models.
