When motor support meets human muscle power, the amount of terrain that a bike can conquer also increases. The H 1900 SPLINE wheels are precisely tailored to the more demanding requirements of e-bikes.
Instead of changing the proven rim profiles, additional material has been added to the DT Swiss Hybrid models exactly where it is needed most. The parts where the greatest loads occur have been reinforced so that the aluminum rims can not only withstand higher speeds, but can also support a system weight of up to 150 kg. In order to offer every rider the best possible grip and traction, the H 1900 wheels are also available with two different rim widths.
The combination of the proven 370 hub with the reinforced Hybrid 1 spokes, which increase lateral and torsional stiffness, also benefits the durability of the wheels. In order to cope with the higher loads of e-mountain bikes, the rear wheel has also been equipped with a cassette mount made of specially hardened steel and the Ratchet LN freehub system for a wider distribution of power.

Tubeless Ready | Tubeless tires offer some decisive advantages over the conventional combination of tire and tube. The tire can be ridden with less pressure without risking "snakebites" and therefore offers more grip. The lower pressure also ensures a more comfortable ride. The absence of the inner tube means that there is no friction between the inner tube and the tire and therefore less rolling resistance when riding off-road and over obstacles.
Ratchet LN freehub system | Apart from providing the legendary sound of DT Swiss rear hubs, the ratchet is also responsible for the much appreciated reliability of the freehub system. Compared to pawl freewheel hubs, the Ratchet System offers superior reliability when meshing due to a larger contact surface area. The forces can be distributed evenly over larger areas and smaller peak loads are achieved. The result is greater reliability and longer life, allowing the rider to concentrate on the essentials.
Pro Lock Technology | The DT Pro Lock spoke nipples prevent the spoke-nipple connection from loosening on its own. A patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, enabling the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and then hardens completely. Repeated re-centering is possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.
