This cover covers the upper IS42 headset bearing of your Cannondale bicycle. The cover can be combined with the specific spacers (Delta Headset Spacer Kit K28062). The result is a smooth transition to the Cannondale SystemBar R-One stem/handlebar unit or the Cannondale C1 Conceal stem.
Note: The cover is only compatible with a Cannondale rigid fork with a Delta steerer tube.
