It offers more range, smoother gear changes and smarter shifting - made possible by AXS™ and the simplicity of eTap® shifting logic - so you always choose the right gear.
AXS™ (Access ) allows you to personalize the groupset directly from your phone and make changes on the fly. The SRAM AXS™ app (available for Google Android and Apple iOS) allows riders to view battery status, change component behavior, personalize shifter logic, receive maintenance alerts and update firmware.


The algorithm-based coding of the eTAP would do credit to any payment system. Interference from other electronic devices is thus ruled out.

The elegant and aerodynamic front derailleur design creates space for a large gap between the tire and cage, making it perfect for modern road bike disciplines and trends. And the front derailleur still impresses with its fast response, high shifting speed and precision thanks to Yaw™ cage technology for trim-free shifting. It has also been further adapted to the current SRAM RED® chainring combinations.
