Shimano Deore M6100, M5100 & M4100

After the mountain bike flagship XTR has already set standards and Deore XT and SLX have followed suit, the Deore M6100 now rounds off Shimano's 12-speed lineup. It is complemented by components from the M5100 and M4100 series, which will equip 11-speed and 10-speed drivetrains at the same high level.

Priced in the entry-level range, the current Shimano Deore groupsets are not prepared to compromise in terms of performance, quality and reliability. Almost everything that distinguishes the big siblings in terms of technology, innovation, performance and range of functions can also be found in the Deore components.

Shimano Deore RD-M5100-SGS Shadow RD+ rear derailleur

Thanks to its Shadow RD+ design, the Shimano Deore RD-M5100-SGS rear derailleur offers MTBs consistent shifting performance in rough terrain. The flat design prevents impact damage from stones, while Shimano's chain stabilization technology prevents the chain from jumping off and at the same time enables smoother running in all gear positions.

The Top Normal rear derailleur for the Deore 1x11-speed drivetrain system is perfectly matched to the large 11-51 Shimano CS-M5100 cassette and therefore covers a huge gear range. The cogs of the long SGS cage each have 13 teeth.

Shadow RD+

Quiet drivetrain, less distraction. The Shadow RD+ system is lighter and more efficient than chain devices with rollers. A rear derailleur stabilizer not only reduces chain slap, but also provides a simple solution to prevent the chain from jumping off.
