Developed in collaboration with professional athletes, the current iteration is now set to take on a leading role in terms of shifting speed, ergonomics and handling.

However, the Super Record 13 groupset embodies more than just an additional sprocket. It represents a completely new performance concept that forms the platform for Campagnolo's future developments. The key component of a perfectly balanced drivetrain system. The chain of the Super Record 13 series has been designed for maximum safety, efficiency and precision. Thanks to its optimized design, the Campagnolo chain ensures smooth interaction with the tooth profile of the chainrings and cassette sprockets. The prerequisite for loss-free power transmission as well as smooth and quiet gear changes.

Behind the seemingly simple chain lies a sophisticated construction inspired by the Ekar series, which not only integrates perfectly into the groupset, but also functions reliably under high loads. Tighter-fitting links and perforated pins that are flush with the outer surface of the chain ensure a narrower installation width of just 4.9 mm and a correspondingly reduced space requirement. The result is faster, smoother and quieter gear changes. In turn, the C-Link system benefits ease of maintenance, as its "false" connection link makes it easier to remove the chain, which at the same time retains its durability and longevity. The "Black Chrome" finish not only impresses with its distinctive and refined aesthetics, but also increases wear resistance and reduces noise. Last but not least, coherence and attention to detail are embodied by the engraved logo, which fits perfectly into the visual identity of the Super Record series.
