A NATURAL, NEW FORM

In recent years, bicycle geometry and body position have changed significantly. As a result, the contact points between bikers and their bicycles have also had to evolve accordingly. The Ferox 2 responds to this shift with an updated anatomical shape featuring a straighter axle and reduced drop—designed to provide a more natural pedaling feel. An expanded toe box gives your foot the space it needs for full extension, ensuring an ergonomic fit and greater comfort during intense exertion—whether you’re tackling tough XC laps or giving it your all in fast gravel races.

SECURE FIT, SUPERIOR POWER TRANSFER

The dual-closure system ensures a secure, customizable fit, while a foot-enveloping bootie construction made of perforated Airprene material offers additional comfort and pressure-free support. At the instep, the Powerstrap provides excellent foot retention during high cadences—as are particularly common in off-road racing—while also functioning as a crash-proof system that keeps you moving toward the finish line. In the forefoot area, the high-quality Li2 BOA® Fit System allows riders to precisely adjust the fit to their foot shape, ensuring lasting support and confident control.

BUILT LIGHT, FEELS LIGHT

The Ferox 2’s translucent, tear-resistant, PU-laminated upper features clearly defined functional zones and combines a lightweight mesh for breathability and reduced weight with additional PU layers in high-stress areas for greater protection. The innovative construction repels water and prevents the shoe from becoming heavier in wet or muddy conditions. Combined with the foot-enveloping bootie construction, it offers a performance fit with enhanced comfort and ventilation—ideal for intense off-road riding.

STABLE. EFFICIENT. FAST.

The Ferox 2 features a redesigned full-carbon outsole with a reduced drop, engineered for maximum foot stability and support to enable more efficient power transfer. With an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, the carbon plate is wider and flatter to maximize contact with the pedals and optimize energy transfer from rider to bicycle. The outsole is equipped with lugs and a full-surface rubber coating—including the midfoot area—to improve grip and traction in sections where you’re not on a bicycle.
