High Energy Gel is an energy gel in which the main source of carbohydrates is cyclodextrin, a next generation carbohydrate that improves glycogen replacement more efficiently. The 76 g gel sachet with 200 kcal contains 50 g of carbohydrates in a 1: 1 ratio for complex and simple carbohydrates.
