Due to their light weight, they can be easily folded and stowed with little space required. The main difference with the Lycra version is the use of Aquaracer as the main material. Aquaracer is naturally stretchable in any direction. This ensures maximum freedom of movement. It also offers UV protection (factor 50), making it ideal for sun protection in warm climates. Another performance benefit is the fabric with a hydrophilic interior and water repellent exterior. This reduces wind chill on long downhill rides.
